What’s Covered?

We warrant to the original purchaser that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the purchase date. If you purchase directly from Sway-A-Way or an authorized dealer, you’re covered!

During this period, we will:

✅ Repair or replace defective products.

✅ Issue a refund if repair or replacement isn’t an option.

What’s Not Covered?

While we stand by our quality, this warranty does not cover:

❌ Improper installation, misuse, abuse, or accidents.

❌ Products used beyond recommended specifications (e.g., extreme off-road racing outside stated limits).

❌ Normal wear and tear, including paint or powder coating deterioration.

❌ Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations.

❌ Damage caused by corrosion, oxidation, or harsh chemicals.

❌ Labor costs, installation fees, or consequential damages (e.g., towing, vehicle downtime).

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Follow these simple steps if you need to file a claim:

1️⃣ Contact Us within the 1-year warranty period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2️⃣ Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice from Sway-A-Way or an authorized dealer).

3️⃣ Ship the product (prepaid & insured) to our designated facility with the RMA number and a brief description of the issue.

Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it. If your claim is approved, we will:

✔ Repair or replace the product with a comparable new or refurbished item.

✔ Cover return shipping costs within the continental U.S. (additional fees apply for international or expedited shipping).

Warranty Limitations

This limited warranty is the only warranty we offer. No other express or implied warranties apply beyond one (1) year, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, unless prohibited by law.
