⚠️ Critical Fitment Exceptions

To ensure performance and safety, verify that your setup does not fall under these common exceptions:

• ❌ Rate Comparison: A 0.775" tubular bar is significantly softer than a 0.775" solid bar. When making setup changes, do not assume they are interchangeable; always consult a rate chart to verify your intended wheel rate change.

• ❌ Internal Maintenance: Hollow bars are susceptible to internal corrosion from moisture trapped inside the bore. Periodically clean and lightly oil the interior to prevent rust-induced stress fractures and sudden failure.

• ❌ Torsion Tube Clearance: At 0.775", this bar has a very large footprint inside the chassis. It is critical that your torsion tubes are perfectly straight and free of dirt; any internal binding will "lock" the suspension and cause erratic handling.

• ❌ Length Check: This is a 26" tip-to-tip bar. Verify your chassis requirements, as many Micro Sprints utilize 23" bars and full-size Sprint Cars use 30" or 31" bars.
