  • ⚠️ Critical Fitment Exceptions

    Before installing this bar, verify that your racing setup does not fall under these common exceptions:

  • ❌ Incorrect Chassis Length: This is a 26" tip-to-tip bar. It is not compatible with Micro Sprints requiring 23" bars or full-size Sprint Cars (360/410) that require 30" lengths.

  • ❌ High Binding Risk: At 0.750", the bar is significantly thicker than standard tuning bars. It is absolutely critical that your chassis torsion tubes are perfectly straight and free of internal debris. Any contact between the bar and the tube wall will "lock" the suspension, leading to erratic and potentially dangerous handling.

  • ❌ Solid vs. Tubular Rates: A 0.750" solid bar is substantially stiffer than a 0.750" tubular bar. Ensure you are not over-springing the car if you are transitioning from a hollow-core setup.

  • ❌ Arm Wear: Given the high spring rate of a 0.750" bar, ensure your torsion arms are in good condition. Worn or "egged out" arm splines will fail rapidly under the torque loads generated by this bar diameter.
