  • Tuning Profile: The 0.725" bar is a "stiff" tuning option. It is typically utilized on the Right Rear for heavy dirt tracks to keep the car from "hiking up" too much, or on the Front Right to prevent excessive nose-dive and chassis roll on high-speed half-mile tracks.

⚠️ Critical Fitment Exceptions

Before heading to the track, verify that your setup does not fall under these common exceptions:

• ❌ Incorrect Chassis Length: This is a 26" tip-to-tip bar. It is not compatible with Micro Sprints requiring 23" bars or full-size Sprint Cars (360/410) that require 30" lengths.

• ❌ Tube Binding: As the diameter increases to 0.725", the clearance between the bar and the chassis torsion tube decreases. Ensure your tubes are perfectly straight and free of debris; any binding will cause erratic handling and "lock" the suspension.

• ❌ Solid vs. Tubular Rates: A 0.725" solid bar is much stiffer than a 0.725" tubular bar. If you are switching from a hollow bar to this solid SKU, be prepared to adjust your shock valving to compensate for the higher wheel rate.

• ❌ Indexing and Wear: Always check the bar for permanent "twist" after a heavy impact or crash. Even high-strength steel can be over-torqued, which will ruin your chassis timing and cross-weight balance.
