⚠️ Critical Fitment Exceptions

Even if your vehicle utilizes a Porsche 930-style setup, ensure it does not fall under these exceptions:

• ❌ Standard VW Splines: This axle features the 28-tooth Porsche spline configuration. It is not compatible with standard 33-spline Volkswagen Type 1 (Bug/Ghia) or Type 2 (Bus) CV joints.

• ❌ Length Tolerances: At 16 3/4", this axle is specifically sized for custom track widths. You must verify your flange-to-flange measurement at the narrowest point of your suspension travel; if the axle is too long, the "floating" design will bottom out and cause catastrophic failure to the CV cage or transaxle.

• ❌ Mismatched CV Stars: This axle is designed for a 1.220" outer diameter spline. Always verify that your aftermarket CV joint internal stars match this specific diameter and spline count to ensure a secure, slop-free fit.
