⚠️ Critical Fitment Exceptions

Even if you are working on a Volkswagen axle, ensure your setup does not fall under these exceptions:

• ❌ Incompatible Axle Series: This hardware is specifically designed for axle part numbers 2015 through 2023. It may not provide the correct tension or fitment for OEM factory axles or other aftermarket SKU ranges not listed.

• ❌ Single-Use Recommendation: Retaining rings and snap rings are subject to high stress. It is strongly recommended to never reuse old clips; always install new SKU 2410 hardware when servicing or replacing CV joints to prevent fatigue failure.

• ❌ Improper Tooling: Use only dedicated snap ring pliers for installation. Over-stretching the ring during installation can lead to a permanent set, reducing its "spring back" and compromising the security of the CV joint.
