Tuning Profile: At 0.690", this is one of the stiffer options in a standard 23" bar lineup. It is ideal for the right-rear position to provide "drive" out of the corner or for use on the front end to significantly reduce chassis dive and roll on high-speed ovals.
Chassis Compatibility: Fits standard Micro Sprint chassis (Hyper, Sawyer, Factor 1, PMP, etc.) equipped with 23" torsion tubes.
Material: Solid high-strength alloy steel for maximum durability and torsional resilience.
Precision Manufacturing: Centerless ground to a precise 0.690" diameter to ensure a perfectly uniform spring rate and flawless fit.
Heat Treatment: Heat-treated and through-hardened to ensure "memory" retention, preventing the car from sagging after a night of heavy racing.
Performance: Precision-cut splines ensure high-torque resistance and a secure connection to torsion arms.
❌ Incorrect Tube Length: This bar is exactly 23" long. It will not fit chassis specifically designed for "short" bars (19"–21") or larger Midget/Lightning Sprints that utilize 26" or 30" bars.
❌ Binding in Tubes: Because this bar is centerless ground to precise tolerances, any internal debris, rust, or bends in the chassis torsion tube will cause binding. For the 0.690" rate to be effective, the bar must be able to rotate freely within the tube.
- ❌ Spline Mismatch: Verify that your torsion arms and stops match the industry-standard spline count for 23" Micro Sprint bars. Using mismatched or worn arms can lead to stripped splines, especially with the higher torsional loads generated by a .690" diameter bar.
