Application: Front Torsion Bar Set Diameter: 19mm (OEM Standard Diameter) Spring Rate: Factory Equivalent

  • Porsche 911: 1965 through 1989 (Standard Chassis)

  • Porsche 912: 1965 through 1969

  • Porsche 930 (Turbo): 1975 through 1989 (Verify diameter requirement; some Turbos utilized larger bars for track use)

  • Note: Engineered as a direct-fit replacement for the front independent suspension.

⚠️ Installation & Setup Notes

  • Indexing & Ride Height: These bars utilize the factory splined ends. Correct indexing (clocking) during installation is critical to achieving the proper stance. Small adjustments at the splines result in significant changes at the wheel.

  • Grease: Always apply a high-quality Moly-based or waterproof grease to the splines before sliding the bars into the A-arms and adjustment caps to prevent future seizing and "creaking" during cornering.

  • Upgrade Path: If you are preparing your 911 for competitive autocross or track days, consider stepping up to a 21mm or 22mm bar. This 19mm bar is specifically optimized for street comfort and original factory handling dynamics.
