⚠️ Critical Fitment Exceptions
Even if your vehicle falls into the year ranges above, you must ensure it does not fall under these exceptions:
❌ Coil Spring Models: Many 2WD 1500-series trucks and newer SUV generations (GMT900) utilize coil-over front suspensions. These bars are only compatible with vehicles factory-equipped with torsion bars.
❌ HD Models (8-Lug): This SKU is typically sized for the 1500 (half-ton) chassis. HD 2500/3500 models often utilize different bar lengths and diameters (See SKU 1763).
❌ 2007+ "New Body Style": Will not fit the 2007.5 and newer 1500 trucks, which transitioned to a coil-over front suspension.
❌ Length Verification: GM utilized various bar lengths depending on the wheelbase and GVWR. You must measure your existing bar end-to-end to ensure it matches the 54" length specification before ordering.
