⚠️ Critical Fitment Exceptions

Even if your vehicle falls into the year ranges above, you must ensure it does not fall under these exceptions:

• ❌ 2WD Models: This part is strictly for 4WD models. Standard 2WD F-150s of this era utilize a coil spring front suspension.

• ❌ 7700 GVWR / Heavy-Duty Payload: Some "7700" series (formerly F-250 Light Duty) trucks utilized different torsion bar lengths. Always measure your existing bar end-to-end to confirm it is 55.25" before ordering.

• ❌ 2004+ "New Body Style": Will not fit the redesigned 2004+ F-150 (eleventh generation), as it transitioned to a coil-over-shock front suspension.

• ❌ Alternate Bar Lengths: Ford utilized several lengths (e.g., 54", 55.5") across this platform depending on cab configuration and engine. Physical measurement is required to ensure compatibility.
