Sway-A-Way high-performance torsion bars are engineered for modified trucks and SUVs. Manufactured from alloy steel, these bars provide a 20-30% increase in spring rate over stock, reducing bottoming out during off-roading or when towing heavy loads. This upgrade also improves vehicle handling and provides a more consistent spring rate.

Unique to Sway-A-Way 1762 & 1763 torsion bars, designed for Chevrolet/GM trucks and SUVs, is the splined end. While maintaining the hex end at the A-arm, these bars replace the stock key with a new splined key. The splined end interfaces with the splined key, allowing for virtually infinite ride height adjustment using the factory adjuster bolt. Splined keys are included with all 1762 and 1763 torsion bar sets.
