A heavy-duty suspension upgrade for the most popular GM truck and SUV platforms. These high-performance torsion bars are engineered to provide a 20–30% increase in spring rate over factory units. This added stiffness is essential for vehicles equipped with heavy steel bumpers, winches, or snow plows, as it eliminates front-end "nose-dive" and prevents the suspension from bottoming out during aggressive off-roading or heavy towing.

Premium Construction

• Material: Solid high-strength alloy steel, selected for its exceptional fatigue resistance and "torsional memory."

• Manufacturing: Centerless ground to ensure a perfectly linear spring rate and remove surface micro-imperfections that can lead to stress cracks.

• Heat Treatment: Through-hardened and shot-peened to maintain ride height and prevent the front end from "settling" or sagging over time.

• Splined Design: Unique to this SKU, the bar maintains the factory hex end at the A-arm but replaces the stock cam with a splined key. This allows for virtually infinite ride height adjustment using the factory adjuster bolt.

⚠️ Critical Fitment Exceptions

Even if your vehicle falls into the year ranges above, you must ensure it does not fall under these exceptions:

• ❌ Coil Spring Models: Many 2WD 1500-series trucks and newer SUV generations (GMT900) utilize coil-over front suspensions. These bars are only compatible with vehicles factory-equipped with torsion bars.

• ❌ Length Verification: GM used several different bar lengths (52", 54", 56") depending on the specific chassis and GVWR. You must verify your factory bar length is 54 1/16" before ordering.

• ❌ 2007+ 1500 Series: Will not fit 2007.5 and newer "New Body Style" 1500 trucks, which transitioned to a coil-over front suspension.

• ❌ 2011+ HD Variances: While it fits many HD 2500/3500 models up to 2015, some specific engine/cab configurations in the later years may utilize different bar lengths. Always measure to confirm.
