Lexus LX470: 1998 through 2007 (Non-AHC or AHC-Delete models)

Material: Solid aircraft-grade alloy steel, chosen for its extreme fatigue resistance and "torsional memory."
Manufacturing: Centerless ground to a precise 32mm diameter to ensure a perfectly linear spring rate and remove surface micro-imperfections that can lead to stress cracks under heavy oscillation.
Heat Treatment: Through-hardened and shot-peened to prevent the front end from "settling" or sagging over time, even under constant heavy armor loads.
Finish: Gloss black powder coating for maximum protection against road salt, moisture, and trail debris.
❌ Active Height Control (AHC) Systems: If your Lexus LX470 or Land Cruiser still utilizes the factory hydraulic AHC system, these bars are not a direct drop-in. They are designed for "torsion-only" setups or vehicles that have undergone an AHC-to-Manual suspension conversion.
❌ 200-Series Models: Will not fit 2008+ Land Cruisers. Those models transitioned to a coil-over-shock front suspension and no longer utilize torsion bars.
- ❌ Light-Duty Builds: A 32mm bar is exceptionally stiff. If your truck does not have at least 150–200 lbs of additional front-end weight (bumper/winch), these will likely provide a harsh, oversprung ride quality.
