These solid 25mm torsion bars are engineered to replace the undersized factory units, providing a 20–30% increase in spring rate. This extra stiffness is critical for trucks running oversized tires or heavy front-end armor, as it eliminates the "mushy" steering feel and prevents the suspension from bottoming out on technical trails.

⚠️ Critical Fitment Exceptions
Even if your vehicle falls into the year ranges above, you must ensure it does not fall under these exceptions:
❌ 2WD Models: This part is strictly for 4WD models. Toyota 2WD Pickups utilize a significantly shorter bar (approx. 35") and different spline counts.
❌ Pre-1986 Models: Will not fit 1985 or older Pickups/4Runners. Those vehicles utilize a Solid Front Axle (SFA) with leaf springs, rather than a torsion bar IFS.
❌ 1995.5+ Tacoma: This bar will not fit the first-generation Tacoma or 1996+ 4Runner. Those models transitioned to a coil-over-shock front suspension.
❌ Aftermarket Long-Travel: If your truck uses a "Gen 2" long-travel kit that replaces the factory torsion bars with coil-overs, these are no longer applicable.
