⚠️ Critical Fitment Exceptions
Even if your vehicle falls into the year ranges above, you must ensure it does not fall under these exceptions:
❌ Pre-1998 Models: Will not fit 1997 or older Rodeos/Passports. The first-generation chassis uses a completely different torsion bar length and diameter.
❌ Specialized Long-Travel Kits: If your truck has been modified with a custom long-travel suspension that relocates the torsion bar anchors or requires non-factory lengths, these standard-fit bars will not work.
❌ Light-Duty Builds: A 26mm bar is significantly stiffer than stock. If your vehicle is completely stock (no winch, no steel bumper), the ride quality may feel overly firm. These are optimized for modified vehicles with at least 100+ lbs of additional front-end weight.
