Heat Treatment: Through-hardened and shot-peened, allowing the bars to be "indexed" for extra ground clearance while maintaining consistent performance.
Finish: Industrial-grade gloss black powder coating to protect against road salt, moisture, and trail debris.
⚠️ Installation & Setup Notes
Verify Length: Nissan used multiple bar lengths across different trims. Please confirm your existing bars are 34.80" before ordering, as some V6 4WD models utilized different lengths.
Ride Height Adjustment: These bars are ideal for 1.5"–2.5" suspension lifts. Because they are stiffer than factory bars, you can achieve your desired height with fewer turns of the adjuster bolt, which helps maintain vital suspension "droop" (down-travel).
Maintenance: During installation, generously coat the splined ends with waterproof grease or high-quality anti-seize. This prevents the bars from seizing in the anchors, which is a common issue with Nissan's front suspension design.
