A heavy-duty suspension foundation for the classic Nissan "Hardbody" and early Frontier. These solid 26.5mm torsion bars are a significant upgrade over the thin factory units, engineered specifically to handle the added weight of heavy off-road bumpers, winches, or oversized tires. By providing a 20-30% increase in spring rate, they eliminate the "mushy" front-end feel and prevent the suspension from bottoming out on rough trails.

Manufacturing: Centerless ground to ensure a perfectly linear spring rate and remove any surface imperfections that could lead to stress cracks.
Heat Treatment: Specialized through-hardening allows these bars to be "indexed" or cranked for lift without losing their memory or sagging over time.
Finish: High-gloss black powder coating for superior corrosion resistance against mud, salt, and road debris.
⚠️ Installation & Setup Notes
Indexing for Lift: These bars are the preferred choice for 2"–3" suspension lifts. Because they are stiffer, you can achieve the desired ride height with less "cranking" of the adjuster bolt compared to stock bars, preserving a better ride quality.
Spline Maintenance: This kit includes polyurethane seals and stainless clips. You must thoroughly clean and grease the factory anchors and control arm sockets before sliding the new bars in to prevent "creaking" or frozen splines later.
Shock Matching: With a 25% increase in spring rate, your factory shocks will struggle to control the rebound. We highly recommend upgrading to a nitrogen-charged monotube shock (like the Bilstein 4600 or 5100 series) to prevent the front end from feeling "bouncy" after a hit.
