The Sway-A-Way 1 1/2"-35 Splined Collar is a critical component for professional fabricators building custom off-road sway bar arms, torsion bar keys, or adjustable suspension links. Machined from high-weldability 10XX series steel, this collar is designed to be welded directly into custom arms, providing a high-strength interface that handles the massive torsional loads of long-travel off-road racing.

• Precision Broaching: Internal splines are broached to exact tolerances to ensure a "no-slop" fit on 1.5" sway bars, preventing spline galling and premature wear under cycling.

• Fabricator Friendly: Features a 45° chamfered edge on the outer diameter to provide a deep, consistent weld puddle path, ensuring maximum penetration when joining to plate or tube arms.

⚠️ Fabrication & Fitment Note

• Spline Matching: This collar is only compatible with 1 1/2" - 35 Spline bars. It will not fit 1.25" or 30-spline configurations.

• Heat Management: When welding, it is recommended to use a heat sink or a dummy shaft to prevent spline distortion. Overheating can cause the internal diameter to shrink or "oval," making bar installation difficult.

• Spline Timing: When welding into a pair of arms, ensure your spline "clocking" is indexed identically on both sides to maintain a level chassis.
